Why was she allied with him?

I don't know. I don't know why anyone is. He's a traitor to his country and his former family.

She seems to have a thing for traitors.

She was friends with another serial killer, too, the second time she was here. And the first time she gave me something and then told everyone that I stole it from her.

You know... it's interesting. When my work was first discovered, there was this overwhelming sense of-- that people thought I was a hero. They never were able to pin it on me, and even the cops I work with don't know.

But the people of Miami certainly weren't chilled to find the murderers and rapists from their neighborhoods weren't going free, after all.
